Jojo Chartei Quansah is a telecommunications professional with extensive footprint on product innovation in the Ghanaian telecommunications sector. His experience in the industry covers marketing insights, product marketing and customer value management. He began his telecom career with Tigo Ghana, where he managed Business Intelligence. He then moved into Value Added Services management, before joining Vodafone Ghana as Customer Loyalty Manager. He currently manages the multi-million Non-Voice portfolio. Jojo is a graduate of the University of Westminster Business School in the United Kingdom, and the University of Ghana Business School and has recently consulted for UNICEF and Ghana’s Ministry of Health.
